Inishmore Suite

(Capacity 400 Theatre, Classroom 400)

Our Ballroom is adorned by beautiful ornate chandeliers which can be customized to tie in with event branding and colours. Full A/V, fixed and additional staging available. Refreshments per organisers requirements.

Inisheer Suite

(Capacity 250 Theatre, Classroom 150)

Versatile configurations, air-conditioning, full audio visual and mobile staging and integrated bar.

Loughnane & McCarthy Suite

(Capacity 80 Theatre, Classroom 55)

This is our Wedding Suite for our Civil Ceremonies, Adaptable and flexible configurations with full a/v, aircon, customized lighting for perfect events.

McCarthy Suite

(Capacity 50 Theatre, Classroom 30 U Shape 30)

Complete with A/V projector, screen, integrated lighting and aircon. Flexible configurations makes this room ideal for a variety of seminars, meetings and events.

Loughnane Suite

(Capacity 30 Theatre, Classroom 20 U Shape 25 )

Suite is ideal for meetings and events or as a breakout for larger event. Adaptable to cater for interviews, consultations or small meetings.

We have established a strong reputation in music and entertainment and will to assist in exploring suitably bespoke entertainment options. We work with an array of service providers in County Clare to offer tailored solutions such as Afternoon Tea at the Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Evening Entertainment, Guided Evening Tour of Ennis or Luxury boating on the Shannon River, we can tailor the offerings to meet your delegates’ requirements.

Accommodation:

The hotel consists of 151 en suite bedrooms each offering bath & shower, satellite colour TV, direct dial phone, radio, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facility. Additional overflow capacity can be arranged with support of our fellow hotels in the region.

Dining: The hotel offers four different dining options:

Café West – Open throughout the day providing a selection of freshly brewed teas & coffee, homemade pastries and light snacks.

Boru’s Bar – Stocked with the best of wines and beers for delegates to enjoy. Boru’s offers an extensive bar food menu with traditional hospitality and nightly entertainment. We have recently renovated our Boru’s Terrace –which has been beautifully transformed and is the ideal location for conference meeting BBQ or an area to unwind & network.

The T Room – serves a full Irish Breakfast Buffet each morning and a dinner menu in the evenings

The Skillet Pot – Enjoy an A la Carte menu in our hotel’s restaurant where succulent steaks are a specialty.
